Congressman Moylan Highlights Guam's Priorities Following President Trump's State of the Union

(Washington D.C.) - President Donald J. Trump delivered his State of the Union address this evening, and Congressman James Moylan said the message reflected priorities that matter deeply to the people of Guam.

"The President outlined a vision focused on strengthening our nation's security, stabilizing the economy, and restoring confidence in government," Congressman Moylan said. "For Guam, these are issues that directly impact our families, our workforce, and ultimately our future."

Moylan said the President's recognition of America's servicemembers carried particular weight for the island.

"As a veteran, I appreciated the President's acknowledgment of the men and women who serve," he said. "Guam has a long and proud history of military service. Our sons and daughters continue to answer the call at some of the highest rates in the country.
