FCI Lewisburg Inmate Sentenced For Assaulting Other Inmate

WILLIAMSPORT- The United States Attorney's Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania announced on October 5, 2026, that Jaron Minnicks, 33, of Richmond, VA, was sentenced by Magistrate Judge Sean A. Camoni to 2 months on a misdemeanor charge of assault by striking, beating, or wounding another inmate. The 2 months will be served consecutively to Minnicks' underlying sentence.

According to United States Attorney Brian D. Miller, on April 25, 2026, in FCI Lewisburg, Minnicks punched another inmate, causing injury to the victim's face.

This case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Assistant U.S. Attorney Robin Zenzinger prosecuted the case.
