Interagency Land Management Agreement
Department of Transportation and Public Facilities
April 25, 2025
Subject to AS 38.05.020, the Northern Regional Office has issued a decision for an Interagency Land Management Agreement for the following:
APPLICANT: Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT)
GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION:Tracts I-1 and J-1 as shown in ASLS 87-17, Section 16, Township 1 South, Range 1 West, Fairbanks Meridian.
AUTHORIZED ACTIVITIES: On April 25, 2025, the Department of Natural Resources, Division of Mining Land and Water, issued a decision regarding the casefile under ADL 421376. This decision authorizes an Interagency Land Management Agreement to DOT for the Northern Region Compound in Fairbanks.
DNR-DMLW complies with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. Individuals with disabilities who may need auxiliary aids, services or special modifications to comment should contact Alaska Relay at 711 or 800-770-8973 for TTY services.
