On March 3rd, during MWC26·Barcelona (the 2026 Mobile World Congress in Barcelona), the GTI Awards, a significant award in the global telecommunications industry, were officially announced. The "Intelligent Agent-Driven Experience Assurance Management Solution" jointly developed by AsiaInfo, China Mobile Research Institute, and China Mobile Hunan won the "Mobile AI Application Award" with its leading technological innovation and practical implementation during deployment. This marks that the exploration of AsiaInfo and China Mobile in aspects such as AI technological innovation and service monetization has been highly recognized by the global telecommunications industry.

The intelligent agent-driven experience assurance management solution focuses on the value operation of 5G networks. Centering around the core of uncovering users' real needs and aiming to enhance the quality of network services, it innovatively constructs a multi-intelligent agent-driven integration system for the B and O domains.

Relying on the multi-intelligent agent collaboration mechanism, the solution can precisely analyze users' intentions regarding subscribed services and formulate network optimization and assurance strategies. By efficiently orchestrating the existing capabilities in the O domain, it achieves precise perception of business intentions and proactive implementation of assurance strategies. Moreover, it continuously tracks customers with activated services. While ensuring customers' experience, it realizes the dynamic balance of network load, providing a brand-new practical approach for the transformation of 5G networks from "scale-based construction" to "value-driven operation".

Different from the traditional network assurance model centered on network elements or services, this solution pioneered an AI-driven operation system featuring user-intention drive and coordinated scheduling through the integration of the B and O domains, achieving three major core technological breakthroughs:

Firstly, it pioneered a multi-intelligent agent collaboration mechanism across the B and O domains. Through the efficient linkage of multiple intelligent agents, it can complete the second-level recognition, translation, and execution from users' voice or text intentions to SLA (Service-Level Agreement) assurance strategies, realizing the automatic conversion of users' intentions into network assurance actions;

Secondly, it achieves the service-oriented encapsulation of 5G-A network capabilities. It abstracts the native capabilities of 5G-A, such as carrier aggregation, resource scheduling, and intelligent boards, into standardized and configurable service units, which can quickly respond to various business requirements for dynamic hierarchical assurance on demand;

Thirdly, it constructs a BO-integrated brain at the policy assurance center level. This brain is uniformly responsible for the generation, verification, distribution, and closed-loop management of assurance policies, achieving end-to-end automation from business intentions to network actions, and making network operation more intelligent, refined, and efficient.

This award is an important indication of AsiaInfo and China Mobile's in-depth collaborative innovation in production, R & D, and application, and the commercial implementation of their product and service capabilities. In the future, the two parties will continue to make in-depth efforts in core areas such as 5G-A, AI intelligent agents, and service monetization. They will use technological innovation to drive the upgrade of network operation models and contribute more replicable and promotable Chinese solutions and experiences to the global telecommunications industry's transformation towards value-based operation.

GTI Awards

GTI is an international industrial cooperation platform initiated in 2011 by domestic and foreign telecommunications operators such as China Mobile, SoftBank of Japan, and Vodafone of the UK. Its members include 247 operators and 291 industrial partners from around the world. As one of the most influential awards in the global telecommunications industry, the GTI Awards aim to recognize institutions and individuals that have made outstanding contributions to the industry's development, thereby encouraging innovation in technologies, products, solutions, and business applications.
