On Thursday, 12 March 2026, the Minister of National Defence, Nikos Dendias, will travel to Bulgaria, upon invitation of his Bulgarian counterpart Atanas Zapryanov, with whom he will have bilateral talks, followed by joint statements.
During his visit to Sofia, the Minister of National Defence will be received by the Prime Minister of Bulgaria, Andrey Gurov.
The Greek Minister of National Defence's visit to Bulgaria is within the framework of the enhancement of bilateral relations in the areas of Defence, Security, and Innovation.
