ORLANDO, Fla., May 31, 2026 - Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Florida Center, an eight-suite retail center in Orlando, Florida. The asset sold for $5.56 million.
"Florida Center was a meaningful assignment for our team, and we were proud to help our client successfully navigate the sale of a well-positioned asset in one of South Orlando's most active retail corridors," said Tarek Chbeir, managing director investments in Marcus & Millichap's Orlando office. "We saw strong interest throughout the process, and most local buyers continue to focus on the price per square foot and overall basis, especially when the property offers strong location, stable income, and long-term growth potential."
Chbeir of Marcus & Millichap exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the seller, Rand Yand Farms LLC, and procured the buyer, Indra Investment LLC.
Located at 9350 S. Orange Blossom Trail, the 21,222-square-foot property sits on 1.92 acres and was built in 2008. It was fully occupied at the time of sale by a mix of retail and professional tenants.
Florida Center is positioned along one of South Orlando's primary commercial corridors, close to the Florida Mall, Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando Resort.
