Landes Group Acquires Winter Park, FL Tire Kingdom

The Landes Group announced today the purchase of a Tire Kingdom property located in Winter Park, Florida. This property contains two automotive buildings consisting of 2,436 and 3,552 square feet under one lease. This property is located at a signalized intersection with traffic counts exceeding 50,000 vehicles per day. Retailers in the direct immediate vicinity include BMW Dealership, The Home Depot, Denny's, Chevron, Walmart Market, McDonald's and numerous others.
