ADL 422394 Public Utility Easement
Golden Valley Electric Association

Subject to AS 38.05.850, the Northern Regional Land Office has authorized issuance of a public utility easement for the following:
APPLICANT: Golden Valley Electric Association
GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION:
Within the Tanana Lakes Recreation Area within ASLS 98-10; sections 27 and 28, Township 1 South, Range 1 West, Fairbanks Meridian. The proposed easement is approximately 1,680 feet in length and 30 feet in width for a total of 1.157 acres, more or less.
AUTHORIZED ACTIVITY: Construction and operation of an aerial utility line across general state land within a lease issued by the State of Alaska, Department of Natural Resources to the Fairbanks North Star Borough for the management and operation of the Tanana Lakes Recreation area. The public utility easement is to extend power along the South Lathrop access road being constructed, between Tanana Lake and Cushman Lake. The easement is proposed to measure approximately 1,680 feet in length and 30 feet in width.
