Not surprisingly, many of my client conversations are about the myriad technology terms and acronyms flying around - GenAI, AI, ChatGPT - and their application. While it's exciting to talk about the newest technology and possibilities, I remind them that since the early 2000s AI has been at the core of more than 25 Conduent BPO solutions and services.
AI-enabled technologies have been helping our clients work faster, smarter and be more responsive to their customers. We've been using AI for process digitalization like intelligent character recognition, intelligent document automation and AI-powered Chatbots. Now with GenAI, when trained through learned patterns and large datasets and provided "gold source" data, has the possibility to make major step-change improvements in processes and outcomes, including efficiency, accuracy, quality and depth/substance of information.
Every time I meet with clients, I have an opportunity to have in-depth conversations about that significant impact of GenAI on the work we're doing at Conduent on behalf of our clients. In the coming weeks, I'll be sharing those perspectives, insights and learnings from Conduent experts, who are leveraging GenAI to take our client's work to the next level.
