Ampirical Strengthens Safety and Partnerships at Annual Subcontractor Summit

Ampirical recently hosted its annual Safety & Subcontractor Summit at Covey Rise Lodge in Husser, La. The two-day event focused on strengthening partnerships, aligning safety and quality expectations, and driving performance across the utility and construction sectors.

Held October 7-8, the summit brought together subcontractors, industry leaders, and Ampirical team members for a program of educational sessions, networking opportunities, and interactive activities.

Day one featured presentations from Ampirical leaders on safety updates, incident review, quality changes, and estimating and contracts, along with a breakout session on industry trends. Guest speakers led discussions on safety trends from OSHA, the 811 dig law, leadership and accountability, suicide prevention and mental health awareness in construction, and the "Every Play Matters" approach to teamwork and performance.

On October 8, the event shifted gears with a day of clay and target shooting, offering a relaxed, enjoyable setting to strengthen relationships and inspire new conversations around growth and innovation.
