Fourteenth Bridge Opens to Traffic

FARGO, N.D. - Motorists traveling west of Fargo will have one less construction-related detour affecting their drive. The realigned 38th Street W roadway and crossing are now open to traffic. Located one mile south of I-94 between 38th Street SE and 39th Street SE, the realigned roadway and crossing are necessary for the construction of the stormwater diversion channel portion of the FM Area Diversion project.

A portion of the road opened with temporary aggregate, which will be replaced with permanent material in the spring.

The crossing is the 14th of 19 crossings to open. The roadway and crossing were constructed by ASN Constructors and subcontractor Park Construction.
