Founded in 1982, Fire Safe Protection Services is a Houston-based life safety provider serving Houston and the surrounding areas. The company provides fire alarm, sprinkler, fire suppression, security, monitoring, nurse call, and other life safety solutions.
A Honigman deal team led by Corporate Partners Eric Jones and David Krueger with support from Associates Michael J. Kiel, CFA, and Gareth Ulmer advised Sciens on the transaction.
