The Farmers Bank Announces Leadership Promotions at Noblesville Financial Center

NOBLESVILLE, INDIANA - The Farmers Bank is pleased to announce the internal promotion of two team members at its Noblesville Financial Center. Jamie Loughman has been promoted to Financial Center Director, and Samuel Crisci has been promoted to Financial Center Assistant Director. Both stepped into their new leadership roles in late fall of 2025.

"These promotions reflect the strength and continuity of our Noblesville team. Jamie and Samuel have earned the trust of our customers through consistency, care, and a deep understanding of this community, and we are excited to see them lead the Noblesville Financial Center forward," said Steve Walter, Senior Vice President, Consumer Banking.

Jamie Loughman, Financial Center Director
Jamie Loughman is a lifelong Indiana resident and a graduate of Ivy Tech Community College, where she earned an Associate of Applied Science in Business Administration. She has worked in the banking industry for four years and most recently served as Assistant Branch Manager at the Noblesville Financial Center.

Prior to joining The Farmers Bank, Jamie worked in the healthcare field at St. Vincent Health. Her decision to pursue banking was influenced by both her experiences during the COVID era and her upbringing in a small-town bank environment, where her mother served as a branch manager.

Jamie has built strong relationships with Noblesville customers over the past four and a half years, under the leadership of former Financial Center Director Syd Loomis, and is eager to continue serving them in her new role.

"I am so excited for this new opportunity," said Loughman. "I am looking forward to continuing to provide top tier customer service to all our customers. In this role, I hope to help The Farmers Bank continue to grow in this community."

Jamie lives in Lapel, Indiana, with her husband, Collin, and their two daughters. She also serves as President of Lapel Girls Softball and enjoys spending time with her family, camping, reading, and cheering on her nieces and nephews at sporting events.

Samuel Crisci, Financial Center Assistant Director
Samuel shared that his interest in banking was inspired by his father's career in the industry. He credits both Syd Loomis and Jamie Loughman as mentors who have helped shape his professional development.

"I am very excited to take on this new role with lots of new adventures and many familiar faces here to guide me," said Crisci. "I am most excited to learn how to lead others and continue growing my knowledge, especially in lending."

A resident of Carmel, Indiana, Samuel enjoys sports, video games, and spending time with his girlfriend, friends, and family.
