Alex Perez Recognized by Ingram's 50 Missourians You Should Know

Alex Perez, Managing Director Investments in Marcus & Millichap's St. Louis office, was recognized by Ingram's as part of its 50 Missourians You Should Know program.

The program recognizes individuals who have made significant contributions to business, leadership and economic growth across Missouri. Perez was selected based on his accomplishments in commercial real estate investment sales, his role advising investors throughout the Midwest and Southeast, and his impact within the broader business community.

Perez specializes in retail and net-leased investment sales, representing private investors, middle-market owners and institutional clients. Since joining Marcus & Millichap in 2015, he and his team have completed more than 200 transactions totaling over $2 billion and encompassing more than 3 million square feet of commercial real estate. His transaction experience includes retail shopping centers, mixed-use developments, office, medical net-lease and industrial properties across the United States.

In addition to advising clients on acquisition and disposition strategies, Perez helps develop Marcus & Millichap's junior investment professionals through coaching in client development, financial underwriting, negotiation strategy and transaction execution. His work has contributed to investment activity and economic growth throughout Missouri and beyond.
