Southbound Peterson Road at Highway 24 to close this weekend
Southbound Peterson Road, from U.S. Highway 24 to the Peterson Space Force Base's north gate, will close from Saturday, Feb. 14 through Monday, Feb. 16, for weekend work on the U.S. Highway 24 and Peterson Road Project.
The closure has been coordinated with Peterson Space Force Base.
The intersection at Peterson Road and Space Village Avenue will remain open, but all lanes traveling southbound will be closed. Northbound travelers will not be able to access the intersection but can use the slip lane to travel east at Space Village Avenue.
All lanes should be reopened in the morning of Tuesday, Feb. 17.
