习近平主席特使、全国政协副主席高云龙出席塞舌尔新任总统就职仪式（2025-10-27）

当地时间2025年10月26日，应塞舌尔共和国政府邀请，习近平主席特使、全国政协副主席高云龙在塞舌尔首都维多利亚出席赫米尼耶总统就职仪式。27日，赫米尼耶总统在维多利亚会见高云龙。

高云龙向赫米尼耶转达了习近平主席的亲切问候和良好祝愿，表示中方高度重视中塞关系发展，愿同塞方一道，以落实中非合作论坛北京峰会成果为契机，把中塞友好转化为更多惠及两国人民的合作成果，推动两国战略伙伴关系再上新台阶。

赫米尼耶请高云龙转达他对习近平主席的诚挚问候和良好祝愿，高度赞赏习近平主席提出的一系列全球性倡议。赫米尼耶表示，塞中传统友好，塞方将继续坚定恪守一个中国原则，在共建"一带一路"等框架内同中方深化务实合作，推动双边关系取得更大发展。
