Strategic Plan Update
On November 28, 2023, the Orange City Council approved an agreement with Kelly Associates Management Group to assist the City with updating its Strategic Plan. This process has included a strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats analysis which will be considered and discussed at the first of two Strategic Plan Special City Council meetings on Monday, March 11, 2024 from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at the Shaffer Park Community Building. The City of Orange welcomes you to please join us and provide your input as we begin the process to identify goals and projects we want to achieve over the next five years.
