Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the City Council of the City of Columbia, Missouri in the Council Chamber of City Hall, 701 E. Broadway, Columbia, Missouri on Tuesday, January 20, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. to give all citizens and interested parties an opportunity to be heard in relation to the following:
PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF RENOVATIONS TO PORTIONS OF THE UTILITY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TREASURY OFFICE AREAS LOCATED ON THE FIRST FLOOR OF THE CITY HALL BUILDING.
The estimated cost of this proposed improvement is $800,000.00. Payment for this proposed improvement shall be made from General Revenue funds and such other funds as may be lawfully appropriated.
