CPB Board of Directors to Meet Telephonically on August 28, 2025

WASHINGTON, D.C. (August 22, 2025) -- The CPB Board of Directors will meet on Thursday, August 28, 2025. Public session will be from 2-2:25 pm and 4:55-5 pm ET. On the draft agenda:

• Approval of Minutes (public and executive sessions)
• Chair and Directors' Remarks
• CPB Bylaws Amendment
• Discussion of Legal Matters, Operations, and Interconnection (executive session)
• Future Agenda Items

With the exception of the executive session, the public may listen to the meeting proceedings via conference call. Audio recordings of the public sessions are also available on cpb.org following the meeting.
