David Weekley Homes Breaks Ground on Amenities in Westwood Reserve

Charlotte, NC (September 24, 2026): David Weekley Homes, one of the largest privately held national home builders, has broken ground on new amenities for its townhome community of Westwood Reserve in Charlotte.

The community amenities will include two lighted pickleball courts, a swimming pool, outdoor grill stations and picnic areas, an outdoor television and lounge area, and two dog parks. The amenities are expected to open in early 2027.

In Westwood Reserve, buyers can select from a variety of two-story townhome floor plans priced from the mid $300s. Homes range from approximately 1,600 to 1,715 square feet of living space with two to three bedrooms, two full baths, one half bath and two-car garages.

Two model homes, The Tundra and The Nuthatch Vista, are open daily for tours at 6531 Fire Lily Lane.
