DETROIT - Honigman LLP announced today that Adam Snukal has joined the firm as a partner in its rapidly growing Israel office.
Snukal, who joins Honigman from Greenberg Traurig, advises multinational corporations and emerging growth companies on technology-related legal matters across numerous industries, including healthcare and life science, fintech, cybersecurity and aerospace and new space.
Adam's practice reflects both a heavy transactional focus, while also helping clients navigate their complex regulatory and compliance needs from a practical standpoint. Adam is also regularly called upon to counsel clients in the areas of AI and big data monetization.
"Our Israel office continues to provide us access to a wide range of talent from outside our traditional geographic footprint, including from some of Wall Street's most prominent law firms," said Joshua Opperer, of Honigman's Executive Committee. "Adam is our third addition to the Israel office in the matter of weeks, and adds specialized expertise that will benefit not only Adam's Israel-based clients but Honigman's clients throughout the United States."
