Lowenstein Sandler's Bankruptcy & Restructuring Department has been selected as counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the Chapter 11 bankruptcy of SiFi Networks America, LLC, a private developer of open-access fiber networks, which filed for Chapter 11 protection on June 5 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
The Lowenstein team includes Jeffrey Cohen, Christopher A. Ward, Gianfranco Finizio, Eric Chafetz, and Michael V. DiPietro.
