Phnom Penh, 8 November 2024: ERIA President Tetsuya Watanabe met with His Excellency Keo Rattanak, Minister of Mines and Energy of Cambodia, during ERIA's official visit to Phnom Penh.
During an afternoon tea session hosted by H.E. Rattanak, both discussed key topics on energy security in ASEAN, the ASEAN Power Grid, and the energy landscape in Asia and beyond. President Watanabe thanked H.E. Rattanak for the invitation and for taking the time to have a conversation with ERIA.
