Missouri Western to host workshop on military education benefits

April 7, 2025-Missouri Western State University's Center for Military & Veteran Services will host a military education benefits workshop on Monday, April 14 from 9 to 11 a.m. in Eder Hall room 200.

Missouri National Guard Education and Incentives Team representatives will be available to answer questions and provide personalized support regarding educational benefits.

MWSU School Certifying Officials will also be present, who act as liaisons between Missouri Western State University and the Veterans Administration Regional Office in St. Louis regarding payment of benefits.

Military benefits to be discussed:

• Federal tuition assistance
• State tuition assistance
• GI Bill

There are changes coming to the state tuition assistance application process. Current and veteran military members are encouraged to attend this workshop. The event is free and open to the public.
