UPMC Washington Physicians Group Receives National Press Ganey Human Experience Guardian of Excellence Award®

UPMC Washington Physicians Group is recognized as a leader in patient experience within the health care industry, setting a benchmark for best practices in health care for the new year.

Washington, Pa., Jan. 8, 2025 - UPMC Washington Physicians Group has been named a 2024 Human Experience (HX) Guardian of Excellence Award® winner by Press Ganey, a global leader in health care experience solutions and services. This award is part of Press Ganey's annual ranking of the top hospitals and health systems in the country, according to performance in patient experience.

As a winner of the Press Ganey HX Guardian of Excellence Award®, UPMC Washington Physicians Group ranks in the top 5% of health care providers for patient experience over the past year.
