Illinois Power Agency Issues Request for Information to Support Development of Muni and Co-Op IRPs

The Illinois Power Agency (IPA) has issued an Evergreen Request for Information (RFI) seeking qualified consulting firms pursuing inclusion onto the Pre-Qualified Consulting Firms List.

This Evergreen RFI is a continuation of the initial RFI issued in June 2026 and is intended to support Municipal Power Agencies, Municipalities, and Cooperatives in developing their Integrated Resource Plans.

Interested consultants and other stakeholders are encouraged to review the RFI and submit responses per the instructions included within the RFI. Submissions will be reviewed on a rolling basis with Agency determinations expected within four weeks of submission.
