LOS ALAMITOS, Calif. - Sept. 10, 2026 - The HYBE KOREA Experience in Mexico City was created by Pulso Design, an experiential marketing and event production agency, and its IT consulting and technology solutions partner, Care Soluciones, to provide fans with an interactive museum-style experience that showcases how the Santos Bravos artists are developed and allows visitors to connect with that journey. Pulso Design and Care Soluciones combined technology, entertainment and personalization to offer a look into the Project Santos Bravos story by allowing visitors to engage directly with the artist development process. Integrating technology to enhance every stage of the visitor experience, they used ColorWorks® on-demand color label printers to produce high-quality collectible tickets, printed at kiosks, designed to become keepsakes that visitors could treasure long after the experience.
The team at Project Santos Bravos wanted to create visitor tickets similar to a postcard, with a premium look and feel. Color is a powerful tool for capturing attention and reinforcing brand identity, and color alone can influence as much as 90 percent of an initial impression.1 Francisco Constantino, decorator and museographer, Project Santos Bravos, noted that their team needed a reliable solution capable of delivering personalization and high-quality color. "That's when Epson came in," said Lucas Jaramillo, production and co-creator, Project Santos Bravos.
Working with Fernando Molar, general director of Care Soluciones, their team chose ColorWorks on-demand color label printers for the flexibility to create customized tickets for a range of exhibition themes and guest artists without sacrificing quality or efficiency. The solution enabled printing on different materials, textures and sizes while maintaining excellent color fidelity and supporting variable data printing.
"Project Santos Bravos approached us because they wanted to print tickets on different materials, playing with textures and colors," said Molar. "The ability to add variable data brings an extra layer of value to the project. With a product like ColorWorks, once clients see it and realize the potential, they are impressed."
Constantino praised the printer's ability to produce a wide range of vibrant colors, enabling the team to create custom stickers that fans could use to design and build their own bands. "Printing speeds are excellent. During one weekend, nearly 600 visitors attended the experience, and each ticket took only a few seconds to print," said Constantino. "The machine does what a much larger printing press would do, but in a compact, highly functional format. It's practical because you don't need a huge setup, yet it can produce prints of the same quality you'd get from a professional print shop."
The ColorWorks CW-C4000 is a powerful yet compact on-demand commercial color label printer with robust capabilities. It is engineered with PrecisionCore® technology for reliability and delivers crisp, photo-quality color labels on demand, at up to 1200 dpi resolution, with optional Wi-Fi2 to print from compatible devices.3
Jaramillo noted, "K-pop fandom revolves around collectability. The excitement I saw from fans when they picked up their printed tickets from these Epson machines is something I had never seen before. Without Epson's technology, we would not have achieved that important connection with the public."
"The technology used for admissions can play a central role in the visitor arrival and overall experience," said Andrew Kim, product manager, Epson America. "Not only can on-demand color label printers improve operational efficiency and make the entry process seamless, but Project Santos Bravos proves they also can produce professionally printed admission tickets that double as collectible mementos tied to an experience."
ColorWorks color label printers deliver highly durable, full-color labels, badges tickets and tags, and provide flexibility and reliability that businesses need. On-demand, one-step color label printing can help businesses simplify and streamline operations, reduce production time and maintain consistent, high-quality prints.
