This is further to our notice no. 20250325-54 dated March 25, 2025 cautioning trading members and investors about non-availability of following companies at their registered office address during the site visit conducted by the Exchange. <_o3a_p>

  1. Brandbucket Media & Technology Limited<_o3a_p>
  2. Navoday Enterprises Limited<_o3a_p>
  3. Innovatus Entertainment Networks Limited<_o3a_p>
  4. Maagh Advertising and Marketing Services Limited<_o3a_p>
  5. CRP Risk Management Limited<_o3a_p>
  6. SecUR Credentials Limited*<_o3a_p>
  7. Janus Corporation Limited<_o3a_p>

The aforesaid companies have neither provided any response nor provided satisfactory response to the show cause notice.<_o3a_p>

In the circumstances, as an interim measure, the trading in securities of the aforesaid companies is prohibited/ suspended with effect from April 16, 2025.

Trading members and investors are requested to take note of the above.<_o3a_p>

* Trading in the securities of the Company is already under suspension since December 13, 2024 on account of non-compliance with SEBI (LODR) Regulation.<_o3a_p>
