New Brunswick’s Mega Summer Reading Event Kicks Off June 27
NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ (June 23, 2026) - Calling all book lovers, young and old: The New Brunswick Free Public Library is thrilled to announce its summer reading program, which kicks off Saturday, June 27. Everyone, regardless of age, is invited to participate in this literary adventure to "Unearth a Story" for the summer.
The summer reading program kicks off from 2 to 4 p.m. at the library, 60 Livingston Ave, with snacks, giveaways, craft activities, information about all of the summer challenges and how you can win prizes. (And, yes, there will be plenty of great books awaiting.)
