TRAFFIC ALERT - New Castle County - UPDATE Lane Restrictions for Hazardous Tree Removal
UPDATE--The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) announces to motorists lane closures for hazardous tree removal in several areas on Upper Pike Creek Road.
Wednesday, March 4th between Linden Hill Road and Old Coach Road.
If they get done early today they will move to the section between Linden Hill Road and Paper Mill Road and finish on Thursday. If not, they will begin this section on Thursday and finish on Friday.
There are several trees being removed in each section, so access routes may vary throughout the project.
Motorists should use caution and expect minor delays in the area. For more information visit the DelDOT website at www.deldot.gov, or download the DelDOT app.
