Tarleton State Women’s Golf set for 2025 WAC Championship Monday-Wednesday at Wigwam Golf Club

LITCHFIELD PARK, Ariz. - After one of the best seasons in program history, Tarleton State is headed to the WAC Championship Monday-Wednesday at the Wigwam Golf Club in Litchfield Park, Arizona.

Last time the Purple and White was in action it saw them place in the top-10 among multiple P4 programs, this time at the Veritex Bank Collegiate hosted by SMU. led the Texans once again shooting -2 (214, 69-70-75) earning her a tied for fifth-place finish. Following her top-five finish, Depadt was named WAC Women's Golfer of the Week for the second week in a row.

followed not far behind Depadt once again as she finished tied for 26th turning in a score of +8 (224, 77-71-76). , and rounded things out for Tarleton State. Fernandez finished 59th as she shot +19 ( ,74-76-84) as Guzman finished not far behind placing 67th turning in a score of +23 ( ,79-76-84). Fox closed things out for the Purple and White as she was tied for 75th after three rounds in the heart of Dallas. Fox shot +30 ( ,87-80-79)

The three-day championship will feature 54 holes with 18 coming on Monday followed by the the middle 18 Tuesday and wrapping up with the final 18 on Wednesday . Tee times on Monday are set from 10:50 a.m. CT to 11:30 a.m. CT based on lineup position. Fox will tee off at 10:50 a.m. CT followed by Guzman at 11 a.m. CT Fernandez will get underway just after 11 a.m. CT as she will tee off at 11:10 a.m. CT. Just 10 minutes later, Deltombe will tee off at 11:20 a.m. CT with Depadt earning the 11:30 a.m. CT tee time in the No. 1 spot.

The lineup for the Purple and White will be as follows. Depadt will assume the No. 1 spot to with Deltombe playing in the No. 2 spot. Fernandez will assume the No. 3 hole. Guzman will start in the No. 4 spot while Fox will round things out in the No. 5 hole.

The nine-team field includes (5) Tarleton State, (1) Grand Canyon, (2)Abilene Christian, (3) California Baptist, (4) Seattle U, (6), Utah Tech, (7) UT Arlington, (8) Utah Valley and (9) Southern Utah.

The championship is set to take place at the Wigwam Golf Club in Litchfield Park, Arizona. The course is a par 72 with a yardage count of 7,345.
