How To Submit a CE Course Applicaiton

Step 1: Apply

Start your application in the Real Estate and Appraiser License Management (REALM) Portal.

  • Select "Course - Real Estate CE" under TREC Continuing Education (CE) section.
  • Verify provider license number.
  • Begin application and answer initial eligibility questions.

Step 2: Build Your Course

Add all required course components.

  • Add delivery method(s) and total hours.
  • Build a timed course outline (no breaks included).
  • Ensure 50 minutes equals one CE credit hour.
  • Add activities, assignments, or quizzes (optional).

Step 3: Submit and Track

Finalize and monitor your application.

  • Upload required documents (if prompted).
  • Certify and submit application.
  • Save your record number (application ID).
  • Track status under View Record Details.
  • Upload curative documents and download receipts as needed.
