False Evacuation Notice

Inglewood,

At approximately 3:57 PM PT, residents across Los Angeles County received a mass evacuation alert. After consulting with LA County Fire Chief, Mayor James T. Butts confirmed that this message was intended solely for residents in the Kenneth Fire evacuation area. Unfortunately, it was inadvertently sent to all LA County residents.

There is currently NO THREAT TO THE CITY OF INGLEWOOD, and the evacuation notice can be disregarded. Please help us spread the word by sharing this update with your neighbors and social networks.
