  • Security
  • Everyday banking services
  • Integration of artificial intelligence
  • Ease of use.

This methodology aims to assess banking apps across practical dimensions of use, performance, and user experience.

A strong position in mobile banking in France

In France, Groupe BPCE shares the top spot among retail banking networks, tied with BNPP. The benchmark also notes that, while online-only players retain a lead, the gap is narrowing with the Banque Populaire and Caisse d'Epargne apps.

This positioning reflects the growing strength of the Group's apps when judged against criteria that have become increasingly important to users: ease of navigation, security standards, personalization, and the quality of the day-to-day user experience.

A performance in line with the priorities defined in Vision 2030

This progress is consistent with the priorities defined in Groupe BPCE's Vision 2030 strategic plan. It illustrates the Group's commitment to continually improving its mobile services, with high standards for security, ease of use, and personalization.

For customers, partners, and industry observers, this result offers an independent measure of the transformation under way in the Banque Populaire and Caisse d'Epargne mobile apps.
