EGYM and Kyndryl to fast-track financing risk analysis using AI on Google Cloud

MUNICH, July 16, 2026 - Kyndryl (NYSE: KD), a leading provider of mission-critical enterprise technology services, and EGYM, a global leader in digital fitness solutions, today announced a collaboration to deploy an AI-driven assessment capability on Google Cloud. Through the collaboration, EGYM will be able to accelerate financing decisions for fitness studios by standardizing credit evaluations and improving transparency and traceability across its financial services processes.

Rising demand for fitness equipment financing is outpacing the manual, fragmented approval workflows traditionally used in the industry. Kyndryl Consult experts will leverage Kyndryl's Agentic AI Framework to develop an agent for EGYM that will use anonymized customer data to analyze finance approval risk. The agentic AI solution will leverage Kyndryl's policy as code capability which allows AI agents to act safely inside EGYM's enterprise processes. All decisions will be traceable, auditable, and subject to human review where required. The expected outcome will be faster customer onboarding processes and AI-assisted evaluations of financial performance against predefined scorecards, with final credit decisions remaining subject to human review.

Built and operated on Google Cloud, and aligned with EGYM's cloud-native environment, the risk agent will orchestrate data sources dynamically depending on customer profiles and requested level of detail. All analyses - including underlying data, KPIs and scoring logic - will be historically tracked to support traceability and auditability.

EGYM selected Kyndryl to initiate re-imagining their business processes into AI-Native Workflows powered by the Kyndryl Agentic AI Framework and expertise in Google Cloud. The collaboration will establish a strong foundation for future AI agent initiatives on Google Cloud.
