Rob Manly Elected President‑Elect of the State Bar Association of North Dakota

The State Bar Association of North Dakota (SBAND) is thrilled to announce that Rob Manly, Shareholder, has been elected President-Elect. Rob currently serves as SBAND's Treasurer, and his leadership journey within the Bar will now continue as he advances to this new role.

A litigation attorney with over two decades at Vogel, Rob has represented clients throughout North Dakota and northwestern Minnesota in trials and appeals involving personal injury, trust and estate disputes, contract issues, and agricultural law. Known for his courtroom presence and natural communication skills, Rob has handled numerous matters to successful outcomes.

In addition to his legal practice, Rob has held several management roles at Vogel, including an eight-year term as firm President, and leadership on the firm's recruiting and compensation committees. A proud New Rockford native, Rob holds degrees from Dartmouth College and the University of North Dakota School of Law, and is actively involved in nonprofits and community boards.

Within SBAND, Rob contributed as Secretary-Treasurer on its Board of Governors and served as Treasurer, playing an active role for over 24 years on the Board of Legal Services of North Dakota. He also mentors through SBAND's Lawyer Assistance Program.

Rob succeeds the current President-Elect, who will assume office once Rob transitions to President next year.
