ST. JOSEPH, Mo. - The Missouri Department of Transportation has contracted E&C Bridge, LLC to complete a bridge deck replacement project on four bridges in Mercer, Putnam and Sullivan counties. The Putnam County Route FF bridge over Shoal Creek, near Livonia, was scheduled to close on Monday, March 9, but has been delayed until Monday, March 16, due to contractor schedule changes.
Traffic Impacts: The Route FF bridge will be closed beginning March 16 through May 2026. Motorists will need to seek an alternate route around the closure.
