Week 1 of GOP Trifecta: Derrick Van Orden Puts Anti-Choice Extremism on Full Display

Derrick Van Orden is no longer hiding his dangerous anti-abortion record less than one week into a Republican trifecta in Washington.

Earlier this week, Van Orden penned a letter to Donald Trump "urging him to revoke every policy the Biden administration adopted to expand and protect abortion access."

Yesterday, Van Orden and House Republicans doubled down on their anti-women agenda by voting to jail doctors and nurses who provide reproductive health care.

DCCC Spokesperson Ellie Dougherty:
"Derrick Van Orden isn't even trying to hide his anti-choice extremism from Wisconsinites anymore. Less than one week into a Republican trifecta this much is clear: Van Orden won't stop until abortion is banned nationwide."
