Governor Kotek Orders Flags Lowered in Honor of U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham

Salem, OR - Pursuant to the United States Flag Code and President Trump's July 13 proclamation, Governor Tina Kotek ordered flags at Oregon public institutions to be flown at half-staff in honor of Senator Lindsey Graham, who passed away on July 11, 2026.

Senator Lindsey Graham was a sitting U.S. Senator representing South Carolina in the United States Senate since 2003 after previously representing South Carolina's 3rd Congressional District in the United States House of Representatives from 1995 to 2003.

The flag should be flown at half-staff until 6:00 p.m. on July 18, 2026.
