Voter List Maintenance
The Richmond County Board of Elections has completed its August list maintenance, a process required by state law to ensure accurate voter rolls. After mailing 12,734 notices to inactive voters with no activity in the 2022 and 2024 general elections, 12,527 registrations were cancelled following the 30-day response period.
The Board urges all voters to check and update their registration at https://mvp.sos.ga.gov/s/ or by contacting the office at 535 Telfair Street, Suite 500, Augusta, GA, 706-821-2340.
