Notice of Extended Deadline for Comments on Proposed Amendments

Please note that the deadline to submit written comments concerning proposed amendments to Rule 74, Form 10, Form 13, and the Specific Instructions to Form 13, previously announced on October 24, 2025, has been extended from November 24, 2025 to December 5, 2025.

This notice is given to provide the public, the bar and others interested in the work of the United States Court of International Trade with an opportunity to comment on the proposed amendments. All comments received will be forwarded to the Court for consideration.

When viewed on the USCIT Website, recommendations for language to be deleted will appear with strikeovers, and proposed new language will appear in red.

Comments are to be submitted in writing by the close of business on December 5, 2025, to:
