Reminder: Tyler Tomorrow Comprehensive Plan Open House

What: The City of Tyler is calling on residents to help shape the future by attending the Tyler Tomorrow Comprehensive Plan Open House on Feb. 5 from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Tyler Chamber of Commerce's Genecov Room, located at 315 N. Broadway Ave.

The come-and-go event will provide community members a chance to learn about the planning process, review the draft plan, ask questions, and provide final input before adoption. Staff and the project team will be available to explain how community feedback shaped the plan and how the draft will guide future policy, zoning, infrastructure, and development decisions.

Also, as part of the project, the planning consultant prepared updates to the Midtown and UT Tyler Area Development Plans, as well as the North End Revitalization Chapter, which includes a review of the goals, priorities, and recommendations for these specific areas within the City of Tyler!
