Venture One Fund Acquires 34,052 Square Foot Multi-Tenant Industrial Building In Bensenville, Illinois
Rosemont, IL - August 31, 2023 - Venture One Real Estate through its acquisition fund, VK Industrial VI, LP, has closed on the acquisition of a 34,052 square foot multi-tenant industrial building located at 601-701 Frontier Way in Bensenville, Illinois. The building is fully leased to four tenants.
The multi-tenant building was constructed in 1988 and sits on 1.75-acres of land. It features 2 docks, 2 drive-in doors, parking for 41 cars and is fully sprinklered.
Kelly Joyce and Anne Dempsey of Colliers International represented the Seller in the transaction.
