The Latest Technology

At our new Training Center in Carmel, Indiana, Republic Pilots have access to the latest in simulator technology. This includes eight full-motion flight simulators and eight static flight training devices.

As Republic flies the world's largest all-Embraer fleet, our simulator training is conducted by experienced, in-house instructors. The Training Center also houses 18 virtual and on-site classrooms where Pilots can learn from their instructors.
