Personnel appointments

Today, by decree of the President and in agreement with the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, personnel changes were made in the structures of the Supreme Court, the Prosecutor's Office, and the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

By decree of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Hafizzoda Tojiddin was relieved of his post as First Deputy Chairman of the Sughd Regional Court and appointed as Chairman of Mastchoh district Court.

Also, the Prosecutor and the Head of the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan in Mastchoh district were appointed from among the professional and experienced personnel with good supervisory and management skills.

In several cities and districts of the country, the prosecutors and the heads of departments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs were replaced.

During the conversation, the Head of State comprehensively reviewed the activities of the aforementioned structures and gave specific instructions to eliminate shortcomings, combat crime, especially drug consumption and trafficking, violations of the law in the direction of improper use of land, ensure order and the rule of law, and ensure public safety and stability.

It was emphasized that in all cases, the interests of the state and the nation should come first, and every employee of law enforcement agencies should conduct their activities within the framework of current regulatory and legal acts and fulfill their official duties fully and honestly.

Learning foreign languages, improving skills, and mastering modern technical knowledge were among the issues that the Leader of the Nation seriously stressed.
