大垣精工では今後需要が見込まれるEV用大型駆動モータコアなどに実装される接着コアの開発に成功しました。

接着コアは従来のカシメ方式にくらべ磁気特性に優れていますが、量産性に難がありました。

弊社の開発した型内接着工法は世界でも数少ない技術で、その特徴は圧倒的なスピード生産による量産性で、コスト低減・コア性能向上など大きく期待されています。
