SGMC Health Names Jessica Musgrove Director of Cardiology Services

SGMC Health announces Jessica Musgrove as Director of Cardiology Services. She brings 17 years of experience at SGMC Health, including leadership roles across several service lines.

Most recently serving as Director of Surgical Services, Musgrove led surgical and procedural operations across multiple departments, including the Main Operating Room, Cardiovascular Operating Room, Hybrid Operating Room, Gastrointestinal Services, Post-Anesthesia Care Unit, and Sterile Processing. Throughout her leadership tenure, she has helped expand specialized programs, strengthen collaboration among physicians and care teams, and enhance patient safety initiatives.

In her new role, Musgrove will provide strategic and operational leadership for Cardiology Services, working alongside physicians, nurses, technologists, and leaders to strengthen access, quality, efficiency, and the patient experience across the service line.

"My goal is to build on the strong foundation already in place, strengthen collaboration between our teams, and continue creating an environment where our physicians and staff can provide exceptional care to our patients."
