Jostin Noyes Promoted to VP - Operations

One Community Bank is thrilled to announce the promotion of Jostin Noyes to VP - Operations.

"We're excited to see Jostin continue to advance his department in this elevated role," said Shauna Gnorski, EVP and Chief Financial Officer. "His extensive experience in the banking industry, combined with his strong leadership, will help him continue to make a meaningful impact at OCB."

Jostin brings 25 years of experience in the banking industry to his new role. In this position, he will continue to lead and develop the Operations department as OCB grows, while providing oversight and supporting our Card Services Department.
