The Engineering Project Manager plays a key part in shaping Raleigh's greenways, parks, and public spaces. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage complex capital projects in alignment with the City's Capital Improvement Program
• Oversee project planning, design, and construction, ensuring compliance with permits and regulations
• Administer project budgets, contracts, and vendor coordination
• Represent the City in committees, boards, and community engagement efforts
• Develop and manage outreach materials, public engagement strategies, and project communications
• Conduct research, prepare site plans, bid documents, and oversee construction administration
