HAMDEN, Conn., May 11, 2026 - Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Pine Rock Townhomes, a 30-unit, purpose-built, student housing community property in Hamden, Connecticut.
"Pine Rock Townhomes fulfills a critical need for student housing within the well-performing New Haven submarket," said Eric Pentore, Senior Managing Director. "Pine Rock Townhomes, immediately adjacent to Southern Connecticut State University, is a well-maintained student housing community that had strong occupancy at the time of sale," added Wes Klockner, Managing Director Investments.
Pentore, Klockner along with Ross Friedel of Marcus & Millichap exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the seller and procured the buyer.

The property operates as a student-housing community and includes townhouse-style units with four bedrooms and three bathrooms, averaging approximately 1,850 square feet.
